Style Spotlight: LaPochette Clothing

The new contemporary fashion brand LaPochette recently debuted in France and of course I had to show some support with an exclusive Style Spotlight post. Their current collection only includes the following three T-shirts. However, these three designs already speaks volumes of the brands potential. Style Spotlight: Jalil Peraza

The 18 year old fashion phenomenon, has already tailored Tee's for the likes of Jay-Z and Kanye West for their grand Watch the Throne Tour. Peraza has also been named the Creative Director of Donda; Kanye West Women's Wear line, which debuted January 2012. The young fashion star is also a personal intern for Mr. West himself. Jalil Peraza has undoubted reached a level in his carer that many noted fashion designers were no where near accomplishing at his age and how did he do it? With raw talent and determination. Jalil Peraza used the internet as his playground and flawlessly launched himself to fame, while designing t-shirts for himself and his friend. Peraza caught the eye of fashion Maven Kanye West and Jay-Z; and the three men have gone on to make history. Peraza has a unique style and he makes sure this rings true with his clothing, creating innovative yet minimal pieces. Be sure to keep an eye out for his work, he will definitely become one of fashion's biggest names in the future.

Style Spotlight: LeRoy Jenkins

LeRoy Jenkins is a fresh new clothing line on the scene, already being worn by taste makers like Jay-Z. Their designs seamlessly mix popular high fashion trends with their own unique style to garner a look that is clearly one of a kind. My favorite piece is far is definitely the floral print snap-back cap. This cap takes a women's wear trend of floral print yet still exudes masculinity, the combination of both worlds allows the piece to take on a life of its own. I certainly will be following this line as they grow in the world of Men's fashion, I can't wait to see what else the designers have in store!
