Celebrity Allure: Jay-Z

Jay-Z was recently spotted in a Gifted Apparel "Viva La Brooklyn" Tee on his Legends of Summer Tour. The Brooklyn born line was launched on a stoop in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn and by the time their "Viva La Brooklyn" Tee's hit the streets, the brand took off. Immediately gaining a huge following with all fans of the great borough. The lines carries t-shirts, tanks, and snapback hats. Check them out here.

Style Spotlight: Jalil Peraza

The 18 year old fashion phenomenon, has already tailored Tee's for the likes of Jay-Z and Kanye West for their grand Watch the Throne Tour. Peraza has also been named the Creative Director of Donda; Kanye West Women's Wear line, which debuted January 2012. The young fashion star is also a personal intern for Mr. West himself. Jalil Peraza has undoubted reached a level in his carer that many noted fashion designers were no where near accomplishing at his age and how did he do it? With raw talent and determination. Jalil Peraza used the internet as his playground and flawlessly launched himself to fame, while designing t-shirts for himself and his friend. Peraza caught the eye of fashion Maven Kanye West and Jay-Z; and the three men have gone on to make history. Peraza has a unique style and he makes sure this rings true with his clothing, creating innovative yet minimal pieces. Be sure to keep an eye out for his work, he will definitely become one of fashion's biggest names in the future.

Style Spotlight: LeRoy Jenkins

LeRoy Jenkins is a fresh new clothing line on the scene, already being worn by taste makers like Jay-Z. Their designs seamlessly mix popular high fashion trends with their own unique style to garner a look that is clearly one of a kind. My favorite piece is far is definitely the floral print snap-back cap. This cap takes a women's wear trend of floral print yet still exudes masculinity, the combination of both worlds allows the piece to take on a life of its own. I certainly will be following this line as they grow in the world of Men's fashion, I can't wait to see what else the designers have in store!

“N*ggas In Paris” Video Drops This Week

Damn, almost six months after blessing us with “Otis,” Kanye West and Jay-Z will be dropping “Niggas In Paris” before the week is out. The chart-topping single was heard at venues across the nation this summer, as it was performed back-to-back for a half hour straight (at select cities), boosting the record’s buzz to the top. The duo was even seen performing it for the Victoria Secret’s fashion show back in November. If the video comes out as epic as “Otis” did, we’re AMPED, but word is it’ll be performance footage of their Watch The Throne tour stop at Staples Center.
