Feild & Crew: "Heritage Watch" Customization in Your Own Time

I'm here to launch the Field & Crew: Heritage Watch. My inspiration to design this watch came out of frustration to find a watch to match my style on different days. I found it very difficult and costly to take my watch to a jeweler to change my watch band. I wanted a watch that I could customize myself and decided to do something about it!

I have always been a fan of the diver watch. I set out to create my own diver watch that was timeless and could look great in any setting with the versatility of interchangeable watch bands.

My design first began as simple hand sketches.

Jay-Z was recently spotted in a Gifted Apparel "Viva La Brooklyn" Tee on his Legends of Summer Tour. The Brooklyn born line was launched on a stoop in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn and by the time their "Viva La Brooklyn" Tee's hit the streets, the brand took off. Immediately gaining a huge following with all fans of the great borough. The lines carries t-shirts, tanks, and snapback hats. Check them out here. 

Joell Ortiz Responds to Kendrick Lamar

New York rapper Joell Ortiz is the first to respond to Kendrick Lamar's controversial verse on Big Sean's "Control". Joell made sure to drop "Outta Control" the same day Kendrick Lamar's verse went viral on the internet. Although he was not called out by Lamar in the track, Ortiz was compelled enough to respond with a three minute verse of his own, over a No I.D. track. Clearly letting Kendrick Lamar know that hes not the king of New York! Take a listen to his track here.

Style Spotlight: Dopeium Apparel

Friend of the blog, Marco Demarco has a clothing line that you have to check out. Dopeium Apparel was launched in 2011 with timeless classic urban wear for all audiences. The fitted hats are my absolute favorite from the line. Marco also has a dope website that's a great source for everything creative, VisualNoise.org. There is no telling where this duo DJ YRS Jerzy And Chox-Mak will go in the future but there careers are defiantly looking bright. They deliver the people classic records and "Super Dope" is no different from what everyone expects. This track is also featuring T. Walker who comes in at the first verse it's just a chill type of track with lyric after lyric. Many people that appreciate real hip hop can relate with this track there are a lot of subjects in this track that you have to listen closely to find. New Music: Big Sean Feat Kendrick Lamar & Jay Electronica - "Control"

Big Sean's "Hall of Fame" album may be missing this track due to sampling issues but it is already buzzing on the streets. The songs unique production is noteworthy but it is Kendrick Lamar's verse that sets the song off. Kendrick takes the opportunity to blast his rap counterparts; including Big Sean. Jay Electronica's verse does not include any controversy and definitely should have come before Kendricks, saving the best for last. Take a listen and tell us what you think. CLICK HERE

Fabolous has been the reigning King of Style here on Allure Du Courant and he recently came out to a NYC Casio G-Shock event doing exactly what he does best; kill em. Fabolous wore eye turning leather shorts with a green sweater and matching Air Jordan 5 "Fear".

While browsing through Instagram I had the pleasure of stumbling upon up and coming fashion designer Henry Spencer's clothing line Golden Hanger. The rising star designs clothing for men and women, and already has a few celebrity clients in tow.
